We all have those days, you wake up from a night out, not feeling to great. Luckily there are some natural ways to prevent the morning hangover. First off, if you know you're planning on going out, start drinking lots of water early in the day. This way your body stays well hydrated throughout the day and into the evening. This will also help your body process the alcohol better. Eat a hearty dinner. Make sure not to over indulge before your drink. This way your body has less to digest! Don't mix! I know I personally have a bad habit of mixing. Try to stick to one type of alcohol, mixing can be a deadly combo. Emergency- The Vitamin C revitalizer! It gives you a dose of vitamin C, and a little energy too! Wheat Grass shot. This is my favorite hangover cure. It really brings you back to life and gives you back some of those nutrients that were lost. Eat a protein filled breakfast. Also try to avoid drinking coffee, this will dehydrate the body.
